Brief info
Maia has been part of Camp Wenonah since 1997. She has over 20 years of Camp experience. Maia has worked as a Counsellor, Section Director, Leadership Program Director, and Wellness Director. Most recently, Maia planned and directed WEEnonah for ten Summers. Apart from her experience at Camp Wenonah, Maia also worked as a Program Director for Autism Ontario Summer Day Camps. Maia is a graduate of the Niagara University (Masters of Science of Education) and Carleton University (Bachelor of Arts). Maia is a teacher with the York Region District School Board, where she continues to support the develop early learners. Maia and her husband Josh got married at Camp Wenonah. They have two children who have attended Camp Wenonah since birth!
