Registration for 2027 Summer Camp opens in three phases.

1. Champions Circle Families

JULY CAMP PERIODS – Monday, August 17 • 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EDT

AUGUST CAMP PERIODS – Monday, August 31, 2026 (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EDT)

** Champions Circle families are those who chose to hold their Camp fees with Wenonah during the 2020 pandemic season.

2. Returning Families

JULY CAMP PERIODS – Tuesday, August 18 • 12:00 PM EDT

AUGUST CAMP PERIODS – Tuesday, September 1 • 12:00 PM EDT

3. New-to-Wenonah Families

Payment & Fee Notes

Taxes: 13% HST is added to all Camp fees at registration.
All-Inclusive Packages: Our fees include laundry service (for two-week and one-month campers), Tuck Shop snacks/drinks, framed cabin photos, POLARIS/WCIT sweatshirts, and the New Camper & Family Open House in June.
Optional Incidentals: Additional fees apply for optional extras (e.g., bus transportation, Mid-Month Changeover Day in Town, paddle blanks, Senior Select programs). These can be selected on the Final Form & Details package sent in Spring 2027.
Priority Fee Rate: Selecting the Priority Fee and paying in full by October 1, 2026 guarantees the lowest rate for the 2027 season, but does not guarantee placement in a preferred period.

Registration Policies

HOLDING SPOTS

Please note that spots ARE NOT held without deposits and completed applications.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)**. International families may contact us to arrange for payment by PayPal. If you wish to pay by cheque or e-transfer, please speak with a member of our administrative team.

A deposit of $400 per week (or $75 for WEEnonah) must be received upon registration. Spots are not held without a deposit.

** For those paying by credit card or EFT, please note that a processing fee is automatically added to your invoice.

CABINMATE REQUESTS

A great effort is made to honour cabinmate requests made under the following circumstances:

The request is mutual and the campers are attending Camp for the same amount of time.
The campers are born within 18 months of each other.

We are not able to guarantee that one-month campers and two-week campers will be in the same cabin, and we do not place one-week campers with two-week campers due to their program schedules differing and disruptions to the two-week experience.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee that group requests (3+ campers) will be honoured.

Cabinmate requests can be made on the Camper Information Form, which will be released in Spring 2027.

REFUND POLICY

BEFORE JANUARY 30, 2027 – Full refund of all fees less a $75/week cancellation fee (per camper).

FEBRUARY 1 – APRIL 1, 2027 – Full refund of all fees less a $150/week cancellation fee (per camper).

AFTER APRIL 1, 2027 – All fees are non-refundable.

As our costs are fixed once a camper has taken a spot in a Wenonah session, there will be no refund made for any camper leaving Wenonah during any Camp Period, including for reasons of homesickness. Additionally, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early. In the case of illness or injury incurred at Camp, a prorated credit for the following season will be given.

Refunds are normally processed in full by the end of the Summer Camp season each year.

WENONAH CAMPERSHIP FUND

Camp Wenonah is proud to have an extensive sponsorship program available to assist with the payment of Camp fees for families in need. The program is wholly sponsored by contributions from Wenonah families and friends. There is a space provided to make a contribution on the application form.
