Overlooking a tranquil lake in Muskoka, just 15 minutes away from Camp Wenonah, Whispering Pines Family Cottage offers a private and serene location allowing you to truly get away from it all!

This bungalow style family cottage sits on 5 acres of private forested property, is surrounded by Crown Land, and boasts 200 feet of private shoreline with western exposure that makes for spectacular sunset views.

The cottage accommodates up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large main room overlooking the lake, full kitchen and a Muskoka room, all making up 2000 square feet of indoor space.

If you enjoy cozy cottage life, hiking trails, outdoor campfires, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, BBQing, starry nights, relaxing, privacy, and quality time with your family and friends, then this is the place for you!

Rental Fees

Summer: $3275 ($500/night + $275 cleaning fee) + tax
Fall: $2975 ($450/night + $275 cleaning fee) + tax

* Based on a weekly 6-night stay

Deposits & Refunds

A $500 deposit is required up booking to hold your week
The balance of your booking fee is due by May 1
Any cancellation made before May 1 is subject to a $100 service fee
Refunds are NOT available for any cancellation made after May 1

Cottage Details

Bedrooms sleep up to 8 people:

Master Bedroom- King Bed (with 3-piece ensuite bathroom)
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3- 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom 4- 2 Twin Beds

2 Bathrooms:

Ensuite bathroom attached to Master Bedroom (toilet, sink, shower)
Main Bathroom (toilet, 2 sinks, bathtub with shower)

Full Kitchen & Eating Area:

Stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle
Indoor & Outdoor dishware, minifridge, small-size chest freezer
Cooking & Eating tools/ utensils, glassware/stemware
Drinking Water is on a well system and is additionally treated, and tested. All water inside the cottage is drinkable.
Outdoor hose water comes from the lake and is NOT drinkable.
