All 2020 registered families are guaranteed space for the 2021 season but do need to confirm their 2021 Summer Camp registration online. There is no rush. Spots are guaranteed throughout the month of July 2020 for 2020 registered families.
Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis from new families for all Camp Periods beginning August 1, 2020.
There is a significant discount available to those families who wish to pay their fees in full upon submitting their application form (see below for details) or for those who wish to take advantage of our new priority fee installment plan.
The Regular Fee is available throughout the application period for those families who prefer to pay a deposit, with the remainder of their fees due on April 1, 2021.
Please note that spots WILL NOT be held without deposits and completed applications.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), sending a cheque/money order (Canadian dollars) to our Ancaster mailing address made payable to Camp Wenonah, or by e-Transfer through your bank to email@example.com. The deposit is $400 per week or $75 for WEEnonah and is due upon registration.
Prefer to pay by installment and save on Camp fees? Take advantage of our new priority fee installment plan by paying your deposit when you submit your registration, with half your remaining balance due on December 15, 2020 and the remaining half of your balance due on February 15, 2021.
Payments for online applications must follow submission within a few days. All balances are due by April 1, 2021.
In an effort to immediately reduce expenses, we have suspended the use of credit cards as a method of payment or refund until further notice. Payments can now be made via by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), e-transfer, cheque, or wire transfers.

FEBRUARY 1 – JUNE 1, 2021 – Full refund of all fees less a $200/week cancellation fee (per camper)
AFTER JUNE 1, 2021 – All fees are non-refundable.
There will be no refund made for any camper leaving camp during any Camp Period, including for reasons of homesickness. In the case of illness or injury incurred at Camp, a credit for the following season will be given. Also, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early.
All refunds are normally processed in full by the end of the Summer Camp season each year.
Please note that cabin mate requests are honoured for those campers attending the SAME amount of time.

Camp Wenonah is proud to have an extensive sponsorship program available to assist with the payment of Camp fees for families in need. The program is wholly sponsored by contributions from Wenonah families and friends. There is a space provided to make a contribution on the application form.
