Please Note:

13% HST is added to all Camp fees when you submit your registration.
Camper ages for all Camp Periods are determined by their age as of December 31, 2026.
We are pleased to offer all-inclusive fee packages that include laundry service (for all two-week and one-month campers), Tuck Shop fees (all food and beverage items during regularly scheduled visits to the General Store), framed cabin photos, POLARIS/WCIT sweatshirts, and New Camper & Family Open House in June.
Please note some optional incidentals have additional fees (i.e. bus transportation to/from Camp, Mid-Month Changeover Camper Day in Town, paddle blanks, Senior Select programs, or other incidentals/options). You may request these incidentals with the Final Form & Details package sent in Spring 2026.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Choosing the Priority Fee does not guarantee a spot in the preferred period. Selecting Priority Fee and paying in full by October 1, 2025 only guarantees the lowest Camp fees for the 2026 season.

Registration Policies

HOLDING SPOTS

Please note that spots ARE NOT held without deposits and completed applications.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by credit card** (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or e-transfer (sent to admin@campwenonah.com). International families may contact us to arrange for payment by PayPal. If you wish to pay by cheque, please speak with a member of our administrative team.

A deposit of $400 per week (or $75 for WEEnonah) must be received upon registration. Spots are not held without a deposit.

** For those paying by credit card, please note that a credit card processing fee is automatically added to your invoice.

CABINMATE REQUESTS

A great effort is made to honour cabinmate requests made under the following circumstances:

The request is mutual and the campers are attending Camp for the same amount of time.
The campers are born within 18 months of each other.

We are not able to guarantee that one-month campers and two-week campers will be in the same cabin, and we do not place one-week campers with two-week campers due to their program schedules differing and disruptions to the two-week experience.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee that group requests (3+ campers) will be honoured.

Cabinmate requests can be made on the Camper Information Form, which will be released in Spring 2026.

REFUND POLICY

BEFORE JANUARY 30, 2026 – Full refund of all fees less a $50/week cancellation fee (per camper).

FEBRUARY 1 – APRIL 1, 2026 – Full refund of all fees less a $100/week cancellation fee (per camper).

AFTER APRIL 1, 2026 – All fees are non-refundable.

As our costs are fixed once a camper has taken a spot in a Wenonah session, there will be no refund made for any camper leaving Wenonah during any Camp Period, including for reasons of homesickness. Additionally, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early. In the case of illness or injury incurred at Camp, a prorated credit for the following season will be given.

Refunds are normally processed in full by the end of the Summer Camp season each year.

WENONAH CAMPERSHIP FUND

Camp Wenonah is proud to have an extensive sponsorship program available to assist with the payment of Camp fees for families in need. The program is wholly sponsored by contributions from Wenonah families and friends. There is a space provided to make a contribution on the application form.
