The cry of the loon; the silence of the early morning mist; the crackle of the campfire; sensational sunsets; a canoe paddle breaking still water; starry nights. These classic images are created, celebrated and treasured at Camp Wenonah.
Camp Wenonah has welcomed thousands of participants of all ages and experiences to its site in Muskoka, Ontario. Fostering community, interdependence, personal development, and an appreciation and respect for the natural world are at the heart of “what we do” at Wenonah.
At Wenonah, we offer a popular overnight Summer Camp experience for boys and girls aged 5 – 17 years. Most campers attend Camp for two or four weeks, though many others choose to experience Camp for the first time through our 3 – 7 day introductory Camp programs.
The Camp Wenonah Centre for Outdoor Education offers a full-program, full-service outdoor experience for school and community groups from across Ontario during the Spring and Fall seasons. Class trips to Wenonah have been popular traditions for elementary, intermediate, secondary, and post-secondary school groups.
Our popular Women’s Weekend programs, held in September each year, are a destination for hundreds of women. Offering a mix of favourite Camp-style activities as well as speciality workshops facilitated by acclaimed instructors, Women’s Weekends make for the perfect Fall getaway!
